As a native of the Pacific Northwest, Luke has a multi-generational understanding of real estate. He works along side his father Win Van Pelt who has been a top agent for over 30 years.
When not at work, Luke enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Felicia and his four sons, Thor, Titan, Troy, and Tate. He is passionate about staying in shape, is an avid CrossFit acolyte and loves his hometown Seattle Seahawks.
